Data Deletion Request

MyMedVault respects your right to control your personal data. You can delete your data directly within the app, or submit a request by email.

Option 1 — Delete data inside the MyMedVault app

Delete individual documents Open any document → tap the delete icon. The document and all extracted health records associated with it are permanently removed immediately.

Delete your entire account Go to Home → account icon (top-right) → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, all uploaded documents, all extracted health records, and your email address from our servers.

Both actions take effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Submit a deletion request by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at the address below. Include the email address associated with your MyMedVault account and we will delete your data within 7 business days.
