Your Right to Delete Your Data

At RailMock, you have full control over your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

⏱️ We will process all deletion requests within 7 business days and send a confirmation to your registered email address.

What Gets Deleted

Data Type Deleted? Retention Period
Firebase Authentication account (email, name, photo) ✅ Yes Immediately upon processing
All exam attempt records and scores ✅ Yes Immediately upon processing
Performance history and statistics ✅ Yes Immediately upon processing
Anonymous crash/performance logs (Firebase Crashlytics) ⚠️ Aggregated only Retained up to 90 days (no personal identifier)

How to Request Deletion

Send us an email Write to support@cloudnova.one with the subject line: "RailMock – Data Deletion Request"

Include in your email The email address or Google account you used to register in RailMock, so we can locate your account.

Receive confirmation We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 7 business days, sending a final confirmation email.
