RailMock ("we", "our", or "us") is developed and operated by CloudNova (cloudnova.one). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website.

By using RailMock, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

Name and email address (when you register or sign in with Google)
Profile photo URL (when you sign in with Google, if available)
Unique user ID generated by Firebase Authentication

Exam & Usage Data

Mock exam scores, answers, and attempt history
Time taken per exam session
Pass/fail results and performance statistics

Device & Technical Data

Device type and operating system (collected automatically by Firebase)
App crash logs and performance diagnostics

We do not collect payment information, location data, contacts, camera, or microphone data.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To save your exam attempts and display your history
To personalise your in-app experience (e.g. greet you by name)
To improve app performance and fix bugs
To respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore & Firebase Authentication), hosted in Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase applies industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Access to your exam data is protected by Firebase Security Rules — only you can read or write your own attempt records.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

4. Third-Party Services

RailMock uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

Google Firebase – Authentication, Database, Analytics
Google Sign-In – OAuth authentication

5. Children's Privacy

RailMock is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your exam history

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
