Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using RailMock. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About RailMock

RailMock is an educational mobile application designed to help candidates prepare for Indian Railways recruitment examinations (including Loco Inspector and other departmental exams). It is developed and operated by CloudNova (cloudnova.one).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RailMock. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@cloudnova.one if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Share, sell, or distribute exam content outside the app
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app

5. Content & Accuracy

RailMock provides mock exam questions for practice purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that questions reflect the exact format, content, or difficulty of official Indian Railways examinations.

Results and scores within the app are for self-assessment only and have no official standing with Indian Railways or any government body.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within RailMock — including questions, design, code, graphics, and branding — is the property of CloudNova and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RailMock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RailMock, including but not limited to loss of data or exam results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via our Data Deletion page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
