What is MyMedVault?
MyMedVault is a personal medical document vault — scan and upload any health record (lab report, prescription, discharge summary, X-ray), and the app automatically verifies the document, extracts AI health insights, and intelligently groups records into smart clusters — by visit episode, condition (e.g. all Thyroid records since 2009), document type, and month.
The core problem it solves: when you visit a doctor for a chronic or recurring condition, you can never remember all the past tests, medications, and dates. MyMedVault surfaces the complete history automatically — grouped the way a doctor thinks about it.
It is not a medical advice app. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend anything. It is a smart document organiser — like a digital filing cabinet with AI-powered reading and intelligent categorisation.
